COMPUTER REPAIR

We offer all computer services including the following:

Computer Hookup

• Physically setup one PC or Mac computer system, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers
• Configuration of your new computer to access your existing Internet account and one existing email account
• Hookup a printer, external hard drive or other external device (device not included)
• Install one software application of your choice (software not included)
• Professionally dress all wires and cables

Computer Setup

• Install antivirus and antispyware software with current definitions and application updates
• Perform system updates and improve PC speed and performance, including startup and shutdown optimization, Windows updates, menu navigation improvement, quick launch and taskbar cleanup and program shortcut creation
• Enable basic security functions, including antiphishing and
• pop-up blocking activation in Internet Explorer
• Remove of unwanted programs and trialware
• Create desired user accounts (if applicable)
• Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality
• Create recovery disc

Computer Tune-up

• Optimize startup and shutdown, install Windows updates, improve menu navigation, cleanup quick launch and taskbar and create program shortcuts
• Enable security functions including antiphishing and pop-up blocking activation in Internet Explorer
• Removal of unwanted programs and trialware
• Creation of desired user accounts (if applicable)
• Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality
• Diagnose performance problems and recommend the best options, cost will vary based on the options you choose
• Install antivirus software for up to 6 months after the purchase of the service
• Remove dust from inside the computer including fans and components
• Clean the PC case exterior

Data Backup or Transfer

• Transfer all your data from your old computer to your new computer
• Make a backup of your data on DVD (up to 9.4 GB)
• Make a backup of your data to an external hard drive or other media (In-Home limited to 20 GB)
• Install the software that came with your external hard drive to automate future back-ups
• Data Recovery
• Diagnostic fee included in the total cost
• Recover deleted files from a drive that is in good working order
• Drives that require advanced recovery methods or a custom recovery solution such as a formatted or failing drive
• Drives that are physically damaged or require extreme recovery procedures
